Feeling anxious over the value you provide for your clients?

high performing teams
Do you find yourself spending far too
much time on each small detail to make sure
your client is happy with your work?

Putting your all into a project for your client
for them to be dissatisfied and unhappy with
your quality, efforts & business is terrifying!

The problem with this mindset is that you
end up overworking yourself for
no different financial outcome.

"Criticism is something you can easily avoid by saying nothing, doing nothing, being nothing." - Aristotle

First, we need to learn to make choices
depending on what is most valuable,
most important and most effective.

Don't make decisions purely to avoid criticism.

The next step is to manage your client's expectations.

leadership and teamwork

Set Goals & Criteria

When first talking to your client,

ask them what their goal is when working with you.

Mutually agree to the goals and use them as the

criteria for the rest of your conversations & project.

Plan It Out

Sit down and make a detailed plan of the work ahead.

Even if your client doesn't seem to

care about the process, make sure

they have a copy of the plan.

It will allow them to be able to see the status

of he project whenever they want to and

open a new stream of communication.

Be Open & Transparent

Make sure your client is fully aware

of your limitations of the process.

Show case studies and examples of your past

work so they're fully aware of what they're investing into.

Even better, you can show them what previous

clients wanted and how you delivered despite there being

slight adjustments to the original request of the client.

psychological safety

Underpromise!

Cushion yourself and your team for the unexpected.

Underpromising will mean your client is never

disappointed, only pleasantly surprised

when they get more than they asked for.

Keep your promises realistic and be honest about

whether you can or can't achieve a certain goal.
